sir, please be specify what is the phone problem, is it indicating charging but still empty or is it charging but not saying full? if the problem exist the cellphone indicates charge but it doesn't make the battery fill, the problem is tahvo or charging ic but if the problem of the unit is charging and fill the battery but it doesn't show the battery full the problem of the cellphone is retu or power ic...

Frist USE Full charge the battery with universal chg...
Check stand by time...
If battery not discharge
and than use diode like IN4001 directly from charging+ to batt+
and chage only 30 Min
