i have many of thes bb5 hang then restart i really can't do any thing whith it i checked the the virus infection &last software but the same it ll drives me crazy please post me hardware soloution notice in most cases i rehot the rap&retu pleeeeeeeese post me how to operate with these bb5

Yes very strange.I recieve today one 6630 with restarting problem after some time 30sec-2min.Custumer only put mmc dv (card is OK) from other phone and after that hi get this problem.More strange is when BT is ON phone don't restart.
I flashed/formated phone so don't post crab as flash or format phone or mmc.
Could be problem in PM area? Can this mmc by mistake write something in PM area? And how is safe to write other PM file and not to lock phone or f-uck imei?

the common problem in bb5 sets are hang,restart,white display etc.every budy gives different suggestions but every time same problem different solution works.e,g; take restarting problem some time it solve by changing ram ic,some times solve by omap sometimes it may solve by vcore voltages.it means we have to check one by one for these type of problems.

Dont go directly to RAM, HELLEN, OMAP etc.....

First change SMPS ic and chek Vcorea.... tested many times

Remove Rap chip, reball it and fix it back. Solved several units.

maximum times due to vcore a voltages is responsible for hang ,restart etc.it is important to check the accuracy of vcore A voltage 1.4 not less then that( smps ic ).try this solution it is useful.

I solved same Problem by formating My Phone & memory card................. Br.

dear sir Architraj, i have a 6600 restart problem.i formatted it but no result
then i flashed it but while flashing it shows like bt image not found or bluetooth error. then i tick marked skip bt optoin then flashed it.but still it restarts after every minute or two.
any solution pls
