hi i have this 6630 with no lcd no keypad lights anybody knows what s the problem i flashed the phone but nothing happend phone is working but there is no lights

there is asmall ic near flash ic try to change it
first chek for water ((clean the board))

hello anybody knows how to solve this problem 6630 kpad lights ok but the light in lcd has no light i tried to replace the lcd and it works lcd light ok now but my problem the other lcd has no light please help how to repair the lcd light
