6670 problem, need help - GSM-Forum

i bought new 6670 few weeks ago , i came across a problem since few days , some times its screen goes full white and mobile restart or turn off automatically , then for next few minutes it won't turn on or just display white screen every time i press power button, is this a software problem or hardware , this happens only once in 24 hours and for the rest of time mobile works perfectly.

mmm... it smells uem crashed (or upp could be too), try a format user area if box doesn´t communicate with the phone it is a uem matter.

Go official warranty.

i full flashed the mobile today , and formatted USER area , all goes 100% , now mobile have latest version but still problem occuring , i noticed that this problem won't happen if battry signals are full but starts happening when first battry signal drops.
Please suggest something

Hi

U try to full erase and flash again. When finish
1. Format user area.
2. Write good PM.
3. run UI option but not choose "Full factory default".
If OK u can see "Nokia" when u connect ur phone with box

ok, if the problem appears when battery low is an UEM problem.

Did all what you said , after Inti SIM lock mobile is working 100% , lets wait and see if problem appears again or not , thanks for the help and time ,

after exectly 8 hours , problem again occured , mobile restarted , then turned off automatically , and when i pressed power button nokia appears and disappeared thrice then again mobile went off. is this UEM problem ? if yes then who can help me to solve this problem .

Hi Shakeel

Perhaps UEM or UPP has problem. If U have Soldering Stations U can solve it by yourselft. I think u have because u also have UFS. Firstly u will rehot them and try to use.

Hi shakeel,

If i tell for u to make it then u can do it by yourselft?
I think UEM or UPP need resolder. U can read this post:

first of all thanks for the detailed help, 2ndly i am not good in hardware , i tried to found some good hardware man , but no one was ready to help me in this case , so i just rehot (slightly) the UEM and close phone , now phone is working , it does not show any problem , three days and 2 times battry went low but the problem didn't occured , i don't know how long this will work or when i need to reball the uem but i can't risk it myself and no one in my area ready to do this either , anyway at the moment its running well, if problem happens again i will contact nokia service center , thanks once again for all the help
