6680 Insert SIM , Urgent help plz.

I had a bit problem when insert the JAF 6680 cable, (the cable made is impossible to fit into the phone, the SIM card socket blocked the way)

when I tried to put the cable in, and I forced it in, the SIM card socket came off. Now the phone doesn't detect SIM card any more.

There was one gold contact came off from the PCB as well, so I couldn't solder it back. Does anyone know how to fix it? Plz help.

BR.

It might be possible to solder a link from the relevant leg on the sim-card holder onto the track on the PCB where the gold contact used to be - then if that works glue the holder onto the pcb to stop it moving and breaking the repair.

If you're not much good at soldering then ask someone who is - otherwise it's a trip to the nearest nokia repair centre and a hefty bill (unless you can claim on any insurance you might have)
