hi! mate just finished that problem... two procedures only 1 is re-heat crystal ic for keypad... Z301 or.. replace or resolder upper right of the top board capacitors.. R153,L312,L313... Gud Luck

Samdyo, thanks for your suggestions, but what you did not tell us is ,where to find the ic's , is it on the board in keypad or the main board,what if we change the board in the flip keypad

try hardware first - check if keypads are laying very well.
try another key pad.
check your mob' phone casing again.
