6820 headset stays on - GSM-Forum

I have a problem with a 6820 which shows headset on all the time. The "normal" speaker setting is not working, but when I use the "loudspeaker" settings the audio works ok. Does anybody have a solution for me please.

open phone clean board around the connector

what is the hitory of the phone.? yeah first clean it and post the result...!

check the dual cap near at the external connector for the external headset maybe it was busted, replace and check.
