7210 Loud speaker and ringer


Hi

I have a 7210 taht works perfectly and speaker works gook but the loud speaker is fazy and the ringer also just noisy like a broken speaker.

Put in new speaker but no change.

Please help me out here .

How you change the speaker? Anyway clean the hole from where the ringer sound came from or post more details on what you try & not.

Sorry

Changing the speaker is just to take it out and put the new one , I don't see anything to clean here . I though the vibration was from the fromt board but was not the case, I tried to isolate the speaker to the front board but atill the same .

hi there

check the uem and upp, possible that its faulty or there's dry joint
try to maybe give light rework if its not glued!

hi, you have changed the antenna, i understand that..
try also changing the AF AMP, think circuit ref, N150 (not too sure thou), but yes AF AMP, if still no, then UPP

I got it now , the speaker is not the as loud speaker and ringer ;

The loud speaker is on the back cassing under the arial but I have one problem now :

How to open without any damage on the cassing, it look like if it is glued.


Please if any suggestion , help.

NOT POSSIBLE its a sealed unit

you need to replace the chassis

i had one with same problem, i replaced the buzzer by cutting the frame open inside, and put back a other one and glue it back again ;-) takes some time, but is ok if you don't find the frame ;-)
if you cut in the inside side of the frame , nobody will see this from outside the phone...

Before doing all that job try first the PCB in another chasic(loud speaker/ringer) & than change it.
