easiest solution bro.. just write blank rpl.. or if you have the money?? purchase rpl from servers

just check write rpl and plain rpl on bb5 crt tool bro.. then browse for the file and write after that it will be ok

First of all pls chk that the problem is hardware or software
for this u have to post ur phone info by j.a.f. or ufs with hwk
-if ur rpl is blank pls purchse a rpl and write to phone
-if rpl is not blank then do following task
by ufs
1-connect ur phone
2-check ur phone
3-back up pm and bak308
4-flash ur phonw
5-write back pm
6-write back 308
7-unlock and enjoy
