7250 local mode problem
 

hi all happy Ramadan for evry body
i have a problem with nokia 7250i this phone come to me dead and on the twister box it take a flash but can't enter local mode or extract the content i reblace flash & uem & upp with a new one's and check the BSI line replacing all content with this line and the same problem ?????
can i have a solution for this problem
