7250 troubles

I have 2 7250's

1 had bad flashic, I replaced it and made it alive again, but autopower off in a few seconds. So I also change the UEM afther UEM change the phone stays on. Problem is it cannot be programmed with ANY tool (the UEM) not with phoenix, neelix or with griffin. Another detail is that this phone WONT calibrate VBATT. I checked the VBATT lines, and all seem ok. Any hints?

2nd 7250 is here for "not charging" fault. I checked complete charging line, and seemed that UEM was broken. I changed it, and also not possible to programm UEM and/or calibrate energie managment VBATT

I checked service manuals, but very poor info about this

any ideaas?

regards
