Exclamation 7250 turning off

I have a 7250 that turns off from time to time.I flashed it with Griffin, but with no results, the phone still turns off.Sometimes it turns off when I try to read a new message, sometimes while registering on network.....Sometimes it even loses network and when I go to manual search it shows available networks but it fails to register(NO ACESS)!!!

I reballed the CPU,UEM but all was the same!!!
The main problem is that it turns off so rarely that I can`t measure anything in that state!!!!I have to wait one or two days till it turns off!!!!!!!!!!!
Anyone had a similar problem?
Anyone has an idea what should I do?
Is it still a software problem that can`t be solved with Griffin?

Please, people, need help, this phone drives me crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THNX in advance!!!

Try to kick it with your finger on the right side of the phone lcd.
If it turns off then do this:
put some tape on the battery to make the battery larger, untill it barely goes into the phone. Now it wont turn off anymore.
