7250i erase + flash+ pm ok contack service.change 7250 no power.

ufs veya twisterla erase flash yap sonra 7250 yukle duzelir veya bana ulas

i think u have to make it 7250 not 7250i
and then change the lcd

You must change the UEM I think and than reflash the phone like 7250 write RPL file and enjoy
