dear sir, i have a 7610 show in not charging, i changed uem then full flash set is on & show phone sturt-up faild but 30 second ago set off. i will try user area format & manuel format but its not formated. pls help me

after installing new uem you should hve to write rpl.....

Then it works 100%

If UEM is good not be power off before 30 sec no need to write rpl.Change new one and before writing rpl cheeck charging.
