7610 LOG ( missed calls,...) and contacts problem with startup failed
 

hi dears,
when i enter in the contacts menu of nokia 7610 it say that "Database Corrupted.Some data might have been lost."
and after that show this too "Contacts : Already in use"
i cannot save my all sim directory numbers to contacts too.
often 20 number from 100 can be save.
in the main menu LOG icon is not working (dont open).
phone sometimes go to startup failed contact retailor.
what can i do for solve this problem?
i flash it with ufs3 many times and write pm file too but nothing changed:confused:

i think that it has a hardware problem

its 100% software problem
remove the MMC
and flash a new firmware+format user area
it will be solved 100%
do not use any app on your phone
if you think its a HW problem in your flash memory you can erase them one by one with UFS3 and check if anyone is broken

IR-GSM is right removed MMC and format user area,FFactory set LM,set factory default and unlock it...note use griffin it is the best box that i had use for formatting...hope you'll made it...

i flash it by ufs3 its ok.after that when i power on the phone all things is normal ( all applications, log-profile-setting-contacts-...) too ,but when i want to enter contacts menu and want to copy new sim to contacts as the normal condition of nokia 60 series the problem begin and it say ... ( first thread problems).
i have no griffin box and i dont know how can i erase flash memory one bye one with ufs3 if some broken.
anyway thankyou i ll do it and say result here

stop trying software,tat might be ram prob,change the ram might help...i am not 100% sure but i've the same prob in 6600,after change the ram,it fixed...

if problem stil remain ,then try to change the flash ic ..k8 6415

no need for griffin you can do it with ufs3 for sure

first I still think it is software problem, do you use the latest version for 7610?
please check it out and try the latest 6.0522 or later if come out

second use erase button of ufs3 3time:
first time let it erase standard add
second time change beginning add to 0200000
third time change the start add to 040... and end add to 0470...
then if you have no erase eror, be sure your flash ics are ok and reflash it with latest version and do not forget pm and format user area

third in 0.01% maybe steven hong is right (but I don't think so) so you must reheat SRAM IC if the two ways above failed in action

if I was you I test the second schedule
