I have a 7610,set dead,in ufs

1st Boot Ok, WD2, UPP: 1081
2nd Boot Error: 2
Platform: 6, Error Data:

please help me dear brothers

0- update ufs
1- Sdram
2- uem

mostof this problem cause by sdram.... second is the upp...

try to reflow or either replace......

please help me dear brothers

Try to change cable(some times can be cause by bad connection between box and phone) If still it could be RAM fault.
