pls help me on how to wake a dead nokia 1200 phone that fell into water

1)Clean pcb clearly with acetone.

2)Reheat board then board it short/not...........

after clean and re hot board.check board short.

1st you confirm no board short in battery terminals.

Then try software.

erase flash and write flash with good pm.
Unlock and factory settings.

Then post result here...........
