hello i have a 7610 with waterdamage and now doing nothing can i wake him up anyway? please help

clean it preperly and try to flash it.

reflow ram also properly.

hi bro,
wash the board fully and sone heat to the board and try to flash, if not ok reflow flash ic and then try to flash
