7610 Phone Start Up Fail Contact Retailer - GSM-Forum

I erash phone, flash it, format user area but after sometime "phone start up fail contact retailer" msg appears. What is solution ?

falsh it mcu and ppm and after that use only format user area if you work with griffin or ufsx.............

try to make manual format: hold "3","*",*green button* and while holding them press on/off - power on the phone.

i chack fullflash and format with this process but same problem.
which part off brack in hardware ?

You also need a good PM after full flash erase.

I already encounter that probs on 7610 you can format and full flash but still contact retailer. I just replace the application flash D462 and then its ok until now I hope it helps.

if your sure not a software problem,just change the SRAM ic~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

chg bth of flash ICs near the UPP after that ur IMEI will be??????????????? then repair IMEI whit ask and write it to ur phone

try to format user area and format memory card
if not ok then change smps ic

if formatting manually, does it stop somewhere in the process?? or does it completed formatting but still contact retailer?? if it did stop during formattnig, then problem is UEM, if it does complete process but still contact retailer, then flash ic.. if replacing those parts ( UEM and FLASH IC ), it is strongly advised that you save your IMEI and ask file using JAF IMEI TOOL, in that way you can save time and effort... first u try to format with hand(manual) i think in u r case it's not software it's 90% hard ware problem try to check hard ware.......
