will be good to check first for hardware problems and if are you shure try with griffin to flash it

erase phone
full flash with good firmware
write good pm
unlock
full factory defaults
if problem has been software problem it must be solve.
try it and post its result.

Try to format the phone manually *,3,green button,on off switch & unlock the phone by any tool.Your problem is solved.

br if u have all try with software not solved your problem so open the set and rebal upp and then again try flsh i hope your problem solved lats time i have repair this problem ............
