i have nokia 7610 .its on but startup or contac realte message show i was full flash it but not response any body help me

i think u can format the mobile bu using *+3+green buttem and power switch

my 7610 says phone start up failed contact retailer. any one suggestion with out flashing.......

Press and hold GREEN + 3 +#

if still have same case try reflash
