i Have 1 7610 Water Damage Mobile.it Was Short Cirkit.then I Remove
This Ic& Short Cirkit Gone.then Mobile Powered On But It Is Still Showing ""nokia" On Lcd.it Is Not Possible To Replace This Ic Because
Mother Board Print Damaged By Water. Have Any Way To Solve This Problem Witiout Ic? Plz See This Attached Picture.

You mean "NOKIA" logo freeze,,,,, if yes try to reflow zocus... it is zocus problem.

try to full flash the phone with ufs-hwk then...format ..do not touch ui setting...
