hi guys
i have 7650 no light on key pad,not waterdamage.

what can be wrong,what do i neeed to change?
flex ribbon? or what hardware can be wrong?

try to flash the phone if the problem is the same change the flex ribbon

just make the ribbon

ur phone will work 100%
