7650 Restart Problem - GSM-Forum

I Have 7650 with restart problem the phone works fine then fade then restart without any reason and not in a certain times some times it works 1 hour well then restart and some time restart every 5 min. i did all possible software solutions using many boxes (griffin,prodigy,cloned prodigy) and the same problem exist
i think it is a hardware problem but i don't know where to start any one have any solutions or suggestion to repair this phone?

start upp remove it and check the balls solder re fix it again if not go to the uem do the same .. thats what been happen with me in three sets befor this after i checked the ribbon cable well

No!!!I think this is software problem because I have 3 phone have this problem after sending game by IR!!!!

try offical nokia flashing equipment
FPS-8 etc

It maybe UPP fault, maybe phone is confused, going into diff modes

i had one today .. it restart 4 times .. i tried to flash it many times with Griffin and prodigy and matrix .. with many sw packages ,,
without luck ..
this problem with 7650 i dont think its sw fult ..

No!!!!!!pls add a 4,7K resistor between BSI and BTEMP!!!!!!!!!!
All is ok!!!!!!!!!!
