Lightbulb 7650 white screen...

Anybody knows this problem? After turnig on 7650 there is white screen, then during 1/2 second - "NOKIA" logo, and then again blank (white) screen. Phone is not working whithout any mechanical damages. Is it soft problem or indicator problem.

Some people said that this problem during low voltage of UPP so it cannot work properly...

Many times using software reset, flashing, factory reset, always not work, and customer always back about a week ....

Thanks for your answers! Resetting didn't help... I will try to flash it, then (if need) will change MCU. Thanks all again
