7650 white screen... - GSM-Forum

Anybody knows this problem? After turnig on 7650 there is white screen, then during 1/2 second - "NOKIA" logo, and then again blank (white) screen. Phone is not working whithout any mechanical damages. Is it soft problem or indicator problem.

Try to type *#7370#
You will be asked for security code.

if *#7370# doesnt solve your problem I think you have to upgrade it .

I faced about 6 units with this problem and I solved buy factory reset using Griffin

Some people said that this problem during low voltage of UPP so it cannot work properly...

Many times using software reset, flashing, factory reset, always not work, and customer always back about a week ....

im sure its a hardware problem, i have a unit like that before. i try to flash it, reformat, factory reset but it still d same i think there nothing to do w/ sw.

it is MCU problem !
replace MCU will help !

please , replace flex cable will not help on this kind "white screen" , test more then 50 pcs phone already !

hi Willy, i have try to upgrade some of them from 4.39 to 4.46, but still not help. Or there is something wrong or another step i should check ??
