i have no more idea,any help??

second 7650

i cant flash mcu and ppm,pm
but when disable BT flashing all part are flashed ok
but phone after some time reject sim card or randomly
rebooted and shows not charging when connect charger
I can call, camera is ok.But BT system error
any idea??
is it BT hardware error??or...?

Resold/change Flash IC and try to update again.

Maybe FIA Files problem? Try with different versions.

sir i have 7650 hardware failure re start camera if i open the camera,i try to replace camera but its the same?any can help?
