Check the precise cause of contact service with Eeprom tool 3.0 or 3.1, then repair accordingly.

Its better to check first, dont rehot everything just like that so as not to damage perfectly working components

Yes no need to rehot anything....many many times we repair CS in dropped phones by only full flashing the phone...if software does does not help then open the hardware...

8210

8210 Signal OK but No TX: Reflow Cobba, Reflow Hagar, replace Antenna Switch, replace PA
8210 Signal OK when first turned on then dissapears: Replace Antenna switch
8210 No signal unless IR active: Change C153
8210 Vibe and Light stay on: Replace User-Iterface IC (adjacent to power switch)
8210 "Not Charging": Remove V100
8210 No response to charger: Check F101
8210 Will charge OK but will not power ON: If there is no volts accross the power switch reflow/replace CCONT.
If there is volts accross power switch and swich is OK replace V116
8210, 8250 Locks-up, freezes: Update software, Common fault: reflow MAD (Good Luck!!)
NOTE: Many of the Nokia hardware faults are common across many models as they use the same basic chipset.
Many No-Go and Contact-Service faults can be repaired by re-loading the handset firmware and/or uploading new EEprom data.

IF YOUR PHONE DROP AND APPEAR CS ON THE LCD SCREEN
YOU NEED TO FLASH THE PHONE OR TRY TO PLUG IN YOUR TRAVEL CHARGER OFF AND ON THE SET..SOMETIMES IT WORKS.

the common fault is the MAD (cpu) dry joins.. not the software...
just replaced MAD will fixed this problem.
