Red face 8210 dead set problem

hi guys maybe somebody can help me with my problem

my client brought in a n-8210 complaining that the ear piece is not functioning (couldnt hear anything at all), so we check everything even the earpice itself was ok... so we tried cleaning everything to make sure that the contact is good....

but then after cleaning the sad part is... the phone wont power on.... we didnt touch anything...
we checked everything, but it seems that everything was alright. no short, the battery is good the contact is perfect... tried flashing it tx=0, even upgrading and downgrading it sitll tx=0.

can anybody suggest or teach me how to fix this damn problem of mine?????!!!!!!

thanks a lot guys!!!

Solution:
1. Try to rehot CCont (Power IC)
2. Try to rehot flash IC.
3. Try to rehot rom.

If still dead, there is CPU problem.

P/S: the earphone problem solution is.... rehot Audio IC.

is phone drawing any current when you try and power up :-
no = check/clean power contacts
yes = reflow hagar,ccont ic

it sounds if you dry jointed an ic when opening/closing phone.

Yes post the results of screw... (Smart move Hanoon... i m happy )
Mr. Boogerman u should repair it in a proper way.. not to just rehot COBBA, CCONT, HAGER CPU Blindly... i mean people say rehot it and u rehot it... man may b while cleaning pcb one of resistor and capacitor is out... So Rehot everything is NOT A PERFECT SOLUTION...

DO it in proper way... Give me yr ID to catch u on-line.. we will try to do it in proper way...
(Sorry guys for not good words)

Good Luck to all and me too
