8210 will not charge.
Does not switch on - battery is fully charged (from another phone).
What could be problem - charging ic / power ic?

What did you check about phone already ?
CCONT supply all ok ?

32K sleep clock working ?
26Mhz and 13Mhz working ?

you need to make sure that your 32K and 26/13 Mhz working before you make try to flash phone !

Is flash update possible ? If not what is the error message?
If you successfully flashed phone chceck ccont.
