8210 HOT CCOUNT!!! - When Pressing POWER KEY
 
I changed 8210 PA, after that phone dead

I only rehotted PA and replaced it
not the phone is not poweriing up


next,I removed PA but is not powering up even without PA

also when i press power button CCOUNT is WARMING(HOT)

what's problem?
any solution?
