8210 turns off during call: THE REAL SOLUTION!

Today, i found out the REAL SOLUTION for 8210 that turns off during call, showing "battery empty":

I opened up the phone and i found 7th screw between PA and ant. switch!, I have succesfully removed that screw wit tweezers, and resoldered some components related with TXVDET. Phone is OK now!

Furthermore, i have heard that "7th screw" can cause other damages. Just look for this component and remove it!!!

Re: 8210 turns off during call: THE REAL SOLUTION!

Hehehe, good joke, but, this could be true, due to crazy people around. I've found many stupid things inside customers phones, but never extra screw. Nidles, screw drivers parts, even some strange silicon stuff . . .

Real solution for this problem for me is here:

1. 70% dirty battery connector
2. 20% bad battery
3. 5% bad soldering (pa, ccont, etc . . .)
4. 4% bad PA
5. 1% other things - 7nth screw, nidles, what ever you want . . .

And, yes, i forgot, there is yellow huge capacitor, it can be problem, too.

Probably speaker magnet lifted it up and snaped it between PA and ant switch.... Tha funniest thing is that this was one of the original 8210 screws, and in place where they normaly are - 5 pcs was original, and 6th screw was bigger and bolder )))

Once i found almost one hundred little yellow and dead - ANTS in 6110
I couldn't take that picture from my head for weeks after that - customer walking around with mobile phone full of dead ants

Maybe it would be good to open subject in off topic zone .... i have many funny stories to tell
