dead 8310 can't flash in manual mode - GSM-Forum

I have dead 8310. When I try to flash it with griffin box in manual mode after initializing phone for 10 seconds erasing flash and after that "Flashing FAILED make sure phone is connected and powered Err Code: [11:FFFF8100]"
What does it mean? Haw can I solve it? Please help.

use griffin 1.986 must solve ur problem.

Thanks so much DeltaGSM. I didn't think to use Griffin older version. I used 2.02 and it worked. Thanks again.
