8310 D200 gets Hot. - GSM-Forum

Hi, all.
Got a 8310, which if gets power, batterie or charging.
D200 gets very hot.
Phone is dead.

replace or desolder it out and try to clean,, maybe dirt underneath....

Hi, any idea were i can get bga tool for it?
Have other old nokia standard plates, need for new types

I think the best solution is changing a new IC !!!!!!!!
