8310 Hangs Up .... - GSM-Forum

I have nokia 8310 which hangs up during a call, when standby when go to menu .... etc etc etc ...
some times it works fine for 3 hours ..., and some time in one hour it hangs 5 times in one hour ...!

any one solved this problem ...?

pls help...

I sloved this problem by reflowing UEM/UPP and FLASH CHIP. but Frist try to flash it and upgrade firmware.

I did flash it ....but no success ..., i will try to reflow UEM and UPP and i will post the result ...,

Where is UPP located on 8310?
