After i change Flash IC,and flash it.
Processing File: nhm75506.20t
Boot...
ASIC ID: 0120
DCT4
u_2nd.fia
u_st_i.fia
Erase[0.94 MB]...
erasing region [01580000 to 0166FFFF]
in 1.13s
Flash[0.77 MB]...in 4.44s
* * Processed file in 10.63 seconds
* * * Phone flashing done in 1:26 minutes
Post Flash serial tunning of phone....
Pooling mode for full factory set...
V 06.20/16-04-03/NHM-7 (c) NMP.
IMEI: ???????????????? (c) NMP.
Factory Default Settings...OK

and power on phone,Display phone restricted....
I use MT-box for Flash.

you change flash ic. you must change also the uem.
