Did you try to change front panel with keys...

Or maybe try to control line from conector to key...

here is the picture, near the keyboard connector is a shining square (all wires from the connector go to it) ,that may be the reason if keyboard pcb and connector is ok

hello friends.

i have problem with 6610i ,
keys 3 6 9 # are not working .
its problem in one broken line i think.
i checked that this link is going to second top pin from left on keyb. conector.
i checked line from this to pin under keyb. bga . its ok too .
but where it is going then ?

can any1 help me please ??

use schematics chek lines and do work
