8310 Time out! MCU did not boot ! - GSM-Forum

Hi Mates ,

Please help , I think this is will be a common problem with 8310 & 6510 and maybe all DCT4 phones, because of the AMD flash D450 (N643D TH 1 AV ) , I have more than 5 dead phones with a flashing problem because of broken D450 , I try to flash using NeelixII v2.9 , and always got next message ( Timeout MCU did not boot ) and another message (unknown flash ID ) .

I also changed the D450 chip several times ,but not help I stock with timeout message !!!

help me guys .

I too have had this problem, but only after using other software such as Samsung. But if I reboot pc before flashing Nokia's all is ok hmmm strange

with wich box you have this mesage 32 or 32s?
