8800 receiving CALL without sound - GSM-Forum

If I receiving CALL with "8800 sirocco" then no sound from speaker
but:
if then go to "loudspeaker" then sound is OK!
I try to reflash with higer version but problem is still the same!

Why?
What is wrong?

check tha botum cable.
