Post 8850 doesnt hold power,cuts off during calls!!!


Hi

can some1 plz help me, i have an 8850 that does not hold power, whenever u call out it looses all battery power even though the battery is full.

your help will b highly appreciated.

diasembly fone and clean batt.contacts<br />make better connection to pcb from housing battery contacts.i hope this help. <img src="wink.gif" border="0">

for poor batt. life - <br />check batt. connector ok, ONLY 1 pin offset from the 4! adjust tx power levels if possible! ideal values given in manual & if hav access to rf tester, adjust co-efficients accordingly.....<br />IF tx values low on tester, then change pa....<br />for switch off-<br />clean batt. pads as mentioned & reflow ccont

HI guys

unfortunately, the phone still does the same thing after i changed the PA and battery pins. is the any other way to repair this ?

My 8850 was in water!

I have on BAT pins 92 Ohm resistance. I search true +BAT wires and I think that is N101 in fault! Is this possible?
VIBRA chip is OK! I remove it and still 92 Ohm on +BAT pin!!

8850 work OK only battery life is aprox. 8 hours! (because 92 Ohms on BAT pins of course..)
