hi guys i have a problem the small external lcd is not working changed flex and lcd but still not working any help please

hello guy,with flux kindly resolder the base of all connector sitting on the platform(board),if not ok,change the platform itself.

so you are saying to change the upper board where there are the external keys and the external antenna
