9500 Uper Lcd Problem - GSM-Forum

Uper lcd of 9500 sometimes goes out. i find only white light instead of lcd sometimes. Anybody have solution please help

clean the board, if still change LCD

I found the solution just put proper packing over lcd and done.

Just put some packing at the border of the uper lcd area after opening phone.

What's packing? A piece of paper?

You have the white lcd problem in both lcds or only in one of them?

Hi, which flex? the keyboard flex? do you have a picture, or indicate the page in the service manual where i can see it?

Just in case you want to know, both lcds don't work, only turns on the light but no image.

Hum.. but i don't have one to replace..
Tell me one thing.. there's no image in both screens.. can't the problem be in the pcb, in other component?
where is the lcd flex? is the one that connects to the main board?

I'll try to get a new flex.. or a new inner and outer lcd.. but they're too expensive to buy them just to see if they're faulty

(SORRY FOR MY ENGLISH) HELP ME !my nokia 9500 phone was problem.liquid dropped on the cover CMT keypad side ,after this the PDA display and CMT display not working but Keypad LED's and Back light LED's are working and i also make a call and sounds are ok,only display is disappear,i use my phone two days with this problem but now all LED's are not working,but LED's are not dead,before this LED problem the LED driver circuit IC on is too heated,i think that it is short circuited,the nokia care service center told that "you need to change both two displays". PLEASE HELP ME THAT HOW TO CLEAR THIS PROBLEM
