About C1 Light problem

Dear users, I've tried all the ways of light problem in 1616, 1800, c1, c1.01 and so on, but no luck. Here I'm going to share a 100% tested solution. Just try and post result. I've tested it myself on dozen of sets.

Take a 3 leg IC from Samsung C100 and change it. Works 100%
