Add language to Nokia 1616??

I bought a few days ago a Nokia 1616 for my mother. The mobile is very practical and ergonomic. The only problem is that there is no menu in Turkish.
I sent a message on nokia.fr to ask for help. They directed me to a Nokia Care.
I send a message to Nokia Care telling me that it is not possible to add language for a nokia 1616.

nokia already relesed the files for Turkish Language
just to do update your phone with
RH-125 CTR EURO AD LATIN BLACK TUR //TYPE LABEL,TURKEY
the file names are
MCU rh125_006.520
PPM rh125_006.52ad
CNT rh1250_nai06.52ad
ask nokia care to update the phone with this name files OR from any mobile repairing shop
i have these files but it is not possible to me to upload these files
