1110 dead - GSM-Forum

dear friends, pls help. i got 1110 for insert sim but when i gave some heat to sim card's crystal ic i saw some liquid on the board near flash,mad & uem so clean the board with ipa solution. after i on the phone, contact service came on display then i heat on mid level to the uem & mad but phone gone dead. so friends pls give me the perfact solution. thanks in advance.

first clean whole board well , after dry check the phone with flashing software if first boot bad then reball flash ic otherwish change it with new
one

coz flash n uem in these fon r pasted they r the least guilty parts..... just reball cpu... 90% all b fine...
