i am save any gif & rar file but file are are not saved only clear gif save and not show any image in my ID

And i am upload anything every time say upload failed

for why

plz any one help me so urgent

same problem here.

gsmhosting forum lost a huge quantity of picture solutions.....................i think due to technical fault.
