i have 1100 when i call from this phone battery goes empty.
i chek with one other battery but still same.

any body help me

if continuity of charging socket is good, try to change the fuse.... hope this helps... good luck

Hello brothers,

I have 6500c , which has micro usb type charger, when I connect charger it
is charging well, after some time ( 5 minutes ) screen shows : " charger not supported ".

Please help me to solve this problem, Thanks.

1. check it by better power supply
when you check use current control turn to full 2.0A and voltage 4.2
2. if your power supply ok phone will on and it can get a call. if your Phone ok consumption current should be Les than 60 if higher than 90 PA is bad.
you have to change it
but i see lot of battery are not good so that fault come from battery so first check by original battery
