bluetooth prob. - GSM-Forum

I have a problem with my bluetooth connection, sometimes, when i used my bluetooth to connect my nokia 6230i to my laptop, the PC suite says nokia 6230i connected via bluetooth but my phone doesnt ask for any acceptions of connecting, it also means that my phone is not connected to my laptop but my laptop is connected to my phone, so, i can't use the PC suite to do things, but i can send files by clicking right cilck, send to, bluetooth device, when i click send, my phone ask whether i want to accept recieving data, i accept, the files CAN be send, but i still can't use PC suite or phone browser, i also can't send files from my phone. My infrared also have this prob sometimes.
I need two answers: 1.)Which device problem is this? (my phone or my laptop)
2.)How do solve this problem.

what is the software installed in your laptop?..is it windows xp?..i think its compatibility problem,try to use your bluetooth in other pc..

my bluetooth and infrared is built-in, not always cannot, sometimes can.
