c2-03 Touchscreen Problem need solution?

i try to replace the flex cable and Touchscreen,same problem..

please help me?

flash your handset with latest version your problem will 101% solved or try *#7370# code to reset the handset

you cant use *7370# what you can use is *7780#
also replace touch ic.

any had problem with touchscreen in c2-03 you have to try flash it first or reset
before changing touchscreen or flex unless touchscreen is broken..tested

Check & clean main jack
check all key volume up down lock all
REhot & change near sim tray black ic
