man, i had that prob too, u must to take a look at that hook is activated when u slide down to open camera! (back of the phone)

If it's not a hardware problem, try to format MMC.

men.....check the connection (sensor of your camera)try to used camera while pushing the sensor of the camera.....100% camera will work....possible reason back housing cannot push a Little harder the sensor of your camera,or sensor button of your camera (need to replace it) tested by me.......post result Men.
