When you solder the bga it automatically positions him self by a thing that i don't know how to translate in English check this http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=123628 it will help you |

Then some drops of flux , instaull it within the marks lines (useing one eye and adjust it from above). Then hot gun and goodluck . |

Member: 7751 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 74 | @All The solder paste Platijet is talking about is the following called HIGH NPAI SOLDER PASTE. I bought this at the time I was in Bangkok. But I have not been able to find it anywhere on the internet. For me this is the best paste to use. I made a demonstration of the manual reball process a couple a days back with a MAD2 and my stencil kit which I'm used to now. And with this solder paste I get perfect results nearly every time! More info on this solder paste : Product number : ON-8088-410F-63-9.6 Maybe if somebody is working/living in Bangkok, you can get this on 4'th floor of Mae Bong Krong shopping center, you guys wont believe what you can find for mobiles there Regards |
